What is my pets size?
All of our collars, harnesses and pet apparel are sized in inches. Unfortunately it is very difficult for us to determine your pet’s size based on its breed or weight, as all pets come in many different shapes and sizes. Please understand that Trixie + Peanut offers merchandise manufactured by many different designers and sizes will vary from designer to designer. We suggest you measure your pet carefully and purchase items based on your pet’s measurements rather than their size. Please refer to the measurement in inches listed next to each size to ensure you choose the correct size for your pet. For pet carriers, we suggest you make your decision based on the dimensions of the bag, as the weight capacity listed for each carrier is only meant to be used as a general guideline. For pet beds, we suggest you measure your pet while lying down and add approximately 10 inches to determine the ideal bed length.

If any All Paws website purchase fails to meet your expectations, simply return your merchandise to us in its original and unused condition within 30 days of receipt for a full merchandise exchange or store credit. Please do not place a new order for the item(s) you would like in exchange. If you place a new order, your credit card will be charged for that order and you will be issued a store credit for your returned merchandise. Store credits are valid for one year from the issue date and can be used for store or website purchases. We absolutely guarantee your satisfaction.
