Your PIN is the month and year of your enrollment in your retirement plan. It is used to access personal account information available through our Interactive Voice Response telephone system. When you call our main numbers of 410-625-5555 or 1-800-492-5909 you will be given some menu options. Menu option 3 is personal account information. Under this menu option you will be prompted to input your social security number and your PIN on the keypad of your touch-tone phone. This menu option provides your service credit and your beneficiary information.
