To find your Palm User Name -PUN- or HotSync Id, or owner identification Id, you can either: • install any GPS Pilot application and your PUN is listed in the About box • or use the HotSync application: • Go to the Application Launcher (whatever it might be) and locate the HotSync application • Your Owner Identification is your HotSync account name! For windows mobile user, prior to purchase GPS Pilot software, install it on your device and start it. The about box, appears and displays your device id, called clid. You need to enter this id during the purchase process.
