What is my online account and what do I need to gain access?
With the Anywhere Anytime France® you gain access to an online account dedicated to your trips. Here you can view your itinerary, schedule trips, cancel trips and even purchase additional trips etc. With your online account you have ultimate control of your rail travel itinerary. My Account can be accessed through your Web Invoice by clicking on the red button with the wording “Click Here to Create Your Account.” A registration link is also provided in your email invoice that is sent after your Anywhere Anytime France® purchase. The information needed to register is: a working email address, date of birth, last four digits of your (and all other travelers on the account) passport number. Once registered, you will be able to see a complete overview of your online account.
