Your offline activation may also fail if you exceed your maximum number of license activations for that serial number. In order to transfer software from one computer to another, you must deactivate Mekko Graphics 4 on your old machine. Uninstall the software from your old machine and use off-line deactivation. Then install the software on your new machine and use off-line activation. If you still experience problems, contact us at support@mekkographics.com.
