What is my NetID and NetID password?
Your NetID is a unique name that you use to identify yourself when you access a variety of important computer applications on campus. With your NetID and NetID password, you are able to log in to UIUCnet Wireless and Walkup Computing, download software at the Software , and change other important passwords with the CITES Password Manager. Your NetID is also the beginning of your email address before the “@” sign. If you are not sure what your NetID is, you can look up your entry in the Electronic Directory, where it will be listed as your alias.
