Your maximum loan / line amount is determined by a number of factors. In most cases your total mortgages, including your requested loan amount, can add up to 95% and in some cases even 100% of your home’s value, up to $1,000,000.

The quote provided in Loan Modeling is not legally binding as it is based on the value of your account as of today and assumes you are 100% vested in any employer funds. The actual loan amount available will be based on the value of your account on the day the loan request is received by AIG VALIC and will be subject to vesting if applicable to your employer’s plan.
