Both the POP3 (Post Office Protocol) and SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) addresses are: mail.yourdomain.com. (where yourdomain is your personal domain name). Your user name is email_name%yourdomain.com and the password will have been emailed to the owner of the domain. Your email address will be email_name@yourdomain.com.
