What is my Log In Name and Password?
Once your have registered with BT Home Monitoring on the website, you will be informed by email of your temporary password. When you log in for the first time, you will need to enter the serial number of the panel as your log in name and the temporary password. You will then be asked to change these details to something more memorable for you.
