What is my local authority doing to tackle antisocial behaviour?
Every local authority, together with the relevant chief constable, must prepare, publish and review a strategy for dealing with antisocial behaviour in their council area. Authorities need to consult relevant agencies and representatives of people affected by antisocial behaviour. Statutory guidance was published on 28 October, when the duty came into force.
