The landlord can’t make you: -sign a rental agreement for a place that is condemned or the law says no one can live in. -intentionally shut off your utilities. -lock you out of the place. -take your personal property without your permission. -enter your apartment without telling you 2 days ahead of time by written notice. -try to physically remove you from the dwelling without a court order.
