Your kerberos password is used to access UM Ann Arbor computer and network resources, including C-Tools and CourseTools. Forgotten passwords can only reset my the accounts office located in Computing Wing on main campus. The hours are 9am – 5pm, Monday through Friday. A password reset form is available for after hours requests. The forms are available in Computing Wing on main campus. A valid UMID is required. Currently forgotten kerberos password must be reset by the accounts office. Password reset terminals are only able to reset LDAP passwords.
