What is my involvement as a parent, guardian, or carer?
Please continue to encourage your child to attend their UniTaster. There will be a gap of some time between them being offered a place and their actually attending the event, so you can help us (and them!) by making sure they stay enthusiastic about their UniTaster and what they will get from it. Each student has to sign up to a Code of Conduct. This has been sent to your child along with their offer of a place. The point of the Code of Conduct is to make sure the UniTaster runs smoothly, happily and safely for everyone involved. You need to make sure your child understands it. You and your child will both need to sign the Agreement supplied with the Code of Conduct and return it to the university hosting their UniTaster in the prepaid envelope, along with the form your child signs to say they are taking their offer of a place.
