• We do not know and cannot determine that based on the make nor model of your IVR. The manuals for your IVR should contain a list of those formats which are accepted by your IVR system and said list is also available from the manufacturer of your IVR. Often times IVR systems can accept a wide range of formats and/or bit/sampling rate combinations and while we can advise you as to differences in sound quality, the choice of such is left to you, the end user. • If you have a file which is currently working on your system, feel free to send us a sample via email (under 100Kb, please) and we will do our best to determine what format and bit/sampling rate it is that you need. • To help you in the process of determining what format you will need, we have made some of our more popular formats available for download from the web.
