What is my e-bill service address?
E-Bill Service Address is the address where the you receive the service for which you are being e-billed. This may be, for example, a second residence or rental property and, therefore, different than the address we have on record (typically your mailing address). This will appear on the bottom half of the Payees screen and will be a required field, although the pre-populated default is your mailing address we have on record.
