What is my BT TBB password and username?
Your username is your full email address, including the @btinternet.com or @btopenworld.com part. You chose a password when you first registered for internet access from BT. If you have forgotten it, and you have access to your email we will have sent your password in a welcome email when you first signed up to BT Total Broadband. Otherwise please call our helpdesk on 0800 111 4567. Lines are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
