What is my agency’s role in the physical inventory project?
The Agency Information Technology Resource (AITR) is requested to validate designated points of contact (POC) for each site in the Commonwealth. POCs will have knowledge of the site’s IT infrastructure and facility layout and be familiar with site activities and personnel. The POC will be contacted to verify the date and time of the site visit, provide access to the facility, escort the physical inventory team , where needed and provide other assistance as necessary. The physical inventory team will strictly follow all agency security policies, including those related to critical facility infrastructure and homeland security.
