What is mushroom ketchup?
Mushroom ketchup is simple loads of mushrooms cooked down and the liquid that comes from it its very similar to worcestershire sauce in flavour – just mushroomy my family have eaten it for many many years and its wonderful with yorkshire pudding and gravy – just put about a teaspoon on it and mmmmmmmm you can buy this product from most supermarkets – i find sainsburys is one of the easiest places to buy it from, because tescos can be sporadic in their stocking of it on the shelves please dont be put off by the other comments – its not an expensive product about £1-40 at most, it lasts for ages and is really delicious in a stew or soup or gravy
