What is Movement Exploration?
Movement exploration is a way of teaching children, an effective tool that allows preschoolers to explore spatial relationship skills using large muscle groups and thinking skills. Movement exploration is a method of teaching children that uses a process. Many movement exploration activities can be done with no equipment. Even more movement exploration activities can be done with a few inexpensive props such as hoops, balls, washcloths, towels, crepe paper streamers, bean-bags and stuffed animals.
