What is most engineering coursework like?
Engineering is a discipline that relies very heavily on concepts which determine how physical forces work. The physical sciences, including physics, mathematics, and calculus, are important foundation subjects for all engineering majors. One crucial aspect of engineering coursework is learning basic and advanced theory, such as physical laws, mathematical theories, the inner workings of basic electronic components, system power and control theory, and concepts relating to different discipliners in engineering. These can include geotechnical engineering and environmental engineering.
