In addition to Morton’s The Steakhouse, it also owns and operates Bertolini’s Authentic Trattoria and Trevi. This upscale steakhouse has more than 75 locations across the United States. The average guest bill is $88 but if you are looking to spend more, that can certainly be arranged. In addition to a paper menu, Morton’s The Steakhouse also has a visual menu for its diners. Waiters will bring a meat cart out when diners are making their meal selections to display the different cuts and give a detailed description about each. Morton’s The Steakhouse serves prime-aged beef, the highest grade given by the USDA.
