What is montmorillonite clay?
Montmorillonite clay, is natural occurring clay from our DE source. It acts as a natural binder & makes DE36 granular. Recent studies have shown that when used as an anti-caking agent in grain storage, montmorillonite clay can draw impurities from the grain. The clay doesn’t break down in the digestive tract, so the impurities are retained in the clay then expelled in the manure.
