Monsen Engineering Company has been involved with design/build construction throughout our history. Most of our clients find this approach works best for them. In addition, we offer a broad range of engineering, construction management, and contracting services on an independent basis. Our experience is primarily carrying out design/build projects for clients who have specific guidelines and requirements. When it comes to HVAC and design/build, we have a wide range of experience across all sectors. For example, at Martin Guitar Company, we designed and built a new manufacturing area that met Martin Guitar’s stringent airborne particulate level needs. At Emcore, we designed and implemented clean rooms needed to produce highly sensitive computer wafers. And at International Fragrance & Flavors, we retrofitted fume hoods and designed an exhaust air system for a safer, more productive environment.
