What is Metreon?
It’s a made up word that has no meaning, and is thus symbolic of the big silver box that Sony stuck some stores and crap in amidst the renewal and decay that is early 21st century San Francisco. I came in through the Metreon ‘backdoor’ because parking is a ten spot in the fancy garage and I am not afraid to walk, even through undead territory, at least not in daylight. This is the mark of a brood of vampyres, so if you are visiting from Europe or Japan, or any place where sudden, violent death is a dream from a war of a dead generation, get off the streets by sunset.
