MetLife is the University’s FMLA carrier. You must contact MetLife at 1-888-777-7418 to file a FMLA claim when you miss 4 or more days of work. If you are eligible for FMLA leave, the University will designate FMLA leave to run concurrently with Workers’ Compensation leave. Further questions may be directed to Benefits at 412-624-8160.
