• Return books, CDs, DVDs, and curriculum in their original condition. • Include a copy of your original invoice and reason for return. • Return within 30 days of delivery. • Shipping charges are not refundable. • Returns made to Messenger International will be refunded in the form of the original payment. • Any item that has obvious signs of use will incur a 15% restocking fee.
