The financial aid department must send the student record to the Common Origination and Disbursement (COD) agency that verifies the data for payment, during this period the financial award is pending approval from COD. Once the approval is completed, then the funds are disbursed to the student record and a refund maybe issued by the Finance Department. Adding and Dropping Classes up to Census Date: Your record shall be sent back to COD showing the negative or positive enrollment change. When a negative change occurs, students will need to repay funds back to the Department of Education.
