What is meant by unassigned playlist spots?

This just means the number of playlist spots that have been earned but not yet configured to show a video. This will usually be a result of the member not yet having a video ad or it may be the result of a member wrongly assuming that video ads are automatically allocated once entered into their LBV account. Automatic allocation only happens if you have configured one of your videos to be a “default video”.
