What is meant by “socialized” boarding?

We offer all boarding, day care, and grooming clients the opportunity to socialize with other dogs of similar size and temperament. This means that during their stay with us they will spend as much time as possible out of their runs and in the company of other like-minded dogs. We believe dogs are social pack animals and are the happiest when they have the opportunity to mix with other dogs. Whether your dog enjoys being outside playing ball, laying in the sand boxes or inside basking on our daybed and watching TV, we offer all our clients the chance to do what makes them happy. Conversely, many traditional kennels keep their clients locked up 23 hours a day, with a bare minimum three 15-minute breaks outside – no mixing and/or playing with other dogs! While this works great for prisoners on Death Row (and aggressive dogs), it is not the best atmosphere for pets who you regard as your “children”!
