What is meant by recreation center? Is this an outdoor area, an indoor area or a combination of the two?
The Outdoor Experience recreation center will be an area designated for structured and unstructured activities. It is intended to provide our guests with a space to do anything from play Frisbee to learn about orienteering. Our goal is to provide an area that fosters interaction between our guests and our staff, and provides our guest with an opportunity to experience or learn skills associated with a range of other outdoor activities. This area will initially consist of an activities lawn for outdoor activities. We are considering an indoor recreation facility to be located in close proximity to the activities lawn. What this center will house has yet to be determined, but it would be constructed in a fashion consistent with the overall look and feel of the project so as to fit with the natural quality of the property. The square footage set forth is the maximum square footage available pursuant to site development plan review, including landscape plan, parking and open space design.
