A. No-one will suffer a pay cut from April 2007 as a result of Pay Reform. Arrangements for “salary protection” of current jobholders’ earnings will form part of the Collective Agreement between the County Council and the Trade Unions, and will apply to all LEA controlled schools. In Foundation and Aided schools, the governing body will need to decide whether to follow the collective agreement in this respect where applicable to any individual staff in the school.
