What is meant by peak and off peak rates ?
Most of the calling cards have a peak and off peak billing rate while some provide with the same rate throughout 24 hours. During peak hours a higher rate is charged from the customers while off peak hours provide with cheaper calling rates. Off peak hours help in greater cost savings and give more calling time to those customers who call their destinations outside the busy hours.
