What is meant by “on track accommodation”?
On track accommodation is accommodation within the precinct of the SuperGPTrack and therefore in the heart of the action and with many of the apartments offering track views from either balconies or windows. However not all do and quite often, as in case of some of the taller high rise buildings, the view of the track is a bit like watching model cars racing. Generally, those properties that have only limited track views offer other trackside viewing options. On track accommodation commands a premium and is therefore more expensive, with prices depending on the position and views and is generally booked out well in advance. Everyone going into on track accommodation (including visitors) must be in possession of a pass including “On Track Accommodation Access”. On track accommodation can prove inconvenient if you need to come and go as access can be difficult during hours that the circuit is active.
