What is meant by ‘minimum content and format of submissions’ in the CPGs?
Minimum content and format of submissions are the documentary requirements that submissions must meet in order to be eligible for further consideration in a procurement process. These requirements must be clearly stated in the request documentation issued to potential suppliers. Minimum content and format can cover the form which submissions must take (ie electronic and/or hard document; size of submission) and what information, statements, certifications and declarations need to be included.
