What is meant by incitement to racial hate or violence?
Racial hate means criticism grounded on the sole basis of ethnicity, or skin colour. Acts of prejudice and hostility against any race, or for that matter, on grounds of sex, sexual orientation, or religion, are prohibited by the law as incitement to hatred. Incitement to violence means encouraging people to attack others, physically or psychologically, like whatever is written or said must create harm.
