It means that sunflower oil is extracted in our facility using an expellery process, similar to a cold press extraction which presses oil seeds. The benefits of this process are that it does not generate heat to diminish any of the nutrients. There are no solvent (chemical) residues in sunflower oil that has been expeller pressed resulting in a cleaner, purer, and flavourfull oil.
