What is meant by “Fee Simple”?
Arguably this is the best position for a person to be as a property owner. If the title to a real property is held as “Fee Simple”, there are no pending debts or liens on the property and the property owner has unconditional powers to sell the property according to his/her wishes. In other words, the owner holds title to the property free and clear of all encumbrances.
