What is meant by entry fees and will there be a monthly maintenance fee?
Residents will be able to buy a unit in the independent portion of the facility with payment of an entry fee. Our partner, Greystone, pioneered the 90% refundable fee nationally in the early 1980’s. Our goal with the entrance fee is to preserve a resident’s estate. There will be a monthly maintenance fee, however, the amount has not yet been determined.
