What is meant by “duration” of promo credit?
Unused credit will expire if not used during its programmed duration. When you purchase leads the short term promo credit is used first. When the short term promo credit is used up, the longer duration promo credit is used. When there is no promo credit left the computer will use the money in the cash account. Note that certain types of leads are not available for purchase with promo credit, and can only be purchased with cash. Warning: Unless you use the promo credit during its life span you will lose it.
