What is meant by Development being an important value?
A. Development refers to all the activities that we call “on the job training”. It means that the circle is responsible for the ongoing education of its members. They should be continually studying new methods for improving their work. This includes participating in decision-making, designing clearer aims and better measurement methods, understanding client needs, and forecasting changes in client needs. Etc. The kinds of things top management or the board does routinely should be done by all members of the organization.
