What is meant by “buffer” in BI Capture?
The buffer is where your video data is temporarily held. If you signal the system to create a video, then BI Capture gets the video information from the buffer. Once information is older than the length of the buffer (let’s say we are using the default 15 minute buffer and the event happened 16 minutes ago), then that information is no longer in the buffer and cannot be captured.
