What is means by “chromatic aberration” in the use of light microscope?
Chromatic aberration happens because different wavelengths of light refract differently in a lens, so imagine a prism, that is an example of chromatic aberration, white light goes in, but because the different wavelengths of light refract slightly differently the end up coming out in different directions, it means that when light is put through strong lenses the image loses quality
