What is meaning of “human touch”?

I don’t think human touch has anything to do with working hard. Human touch is a quality of being friendly, personable and warm. If someone has the human touch, it woud be a person that makes you feel “homey”, welcome, relaxed, etc. It’s also a quality found in inaminate objects. Say, you’ve just moved into your new house and invite all your friends to see what their first impressions are. One of them might say: It’s a nice place but it’s so sterile and cold looking. It really lacks the human touch.
