What is meaning of a CASE ID?
CASE ID is the uniq identifier of a splicing event. It is composed of a two letter representation of event type and the entrez gene id, which is followed by a few coordinates indicating the location of the event. The coordinates are local, relative to the gene “contig” sequence.
