What is MD-COLLECTs Cancellation Policy?
MD-COLLECT has no minimum volume commitment. If you should desire to discontinue use of the MD-COLLECT service, simply cease submitting new debtor accounts to MD-COLLECT and contact MD-COLLECT Customer Service to have your account disabled. Please note that, upon cancellation, your active accounts will continue to receive collection letters until the accounts reach resolution or become inactive. You should continue to update these accounts through MD-COLLECT so that your patients will receive letters with accurate balance information.
