Matched Giving is a great way to get support from your employer. Approach your boss and ask if they run a ‘matched giving scheme’ whereby they match their employees’ charitable contributions. Matched funding could be invaluable in helping you to raise as much money as possible for 21st Century Tiger, so it is well worth finding out if your employer runs such a scheme. Your employer can use ‘matched giving’ to support 21st Century tiger and the most popular way is a 100% match. Each employee’s gift is matched pound for pound. It can be capped by setting an annual limit for each employee. If your current employer does not offer a matched funding scheme for their staff, ask them to consider it!
