Maryland Decisions would be a regular published case reporting service presenting selected Circuit Court opinions and rulings and selected administrative appeal decisions, in full text form, headnoted and indexed. It would be available by subscription. Most of the decisions and rulings to be contained in Maryland Decisions are not available in full text form through any other source, and even where available, the material is not headnoted and indexed. The service would develop its own unique headnote system, designed for limited but comprehensive headnotes that would be resulted-oriented.
