What is MaPaw Siberian Husky Rescue and Referral Services?
Mapaw Siberian Husky Rescue is an organization dedicated to the caring and placement of Siberian Husky dogs into loving, permanent homes through adoption and referral services. We consist of experienced and concerned Siberian Husky owners and trainers who “foster” dogs given up by their owners or abandoned in animal shelters. Dogs placed into our care come into our homes where we can evaluate the personality and temperament of each dog and provide emotional and medical needs. Why is there a Need for Rescues? Unfortunately, there is a need for rescue groups for each and every breed of dog as well as mixed breeds. A great deal of time and effort is spent in relocating Siberian Huskies who would otherwise be abandoned by their owner or euthanized in animal shelters. Many wonderful, caring Siberian Huskies are in need of new homes because their owners were not familiar with the breed and not informed as to their characteristics and traits.
