What is manual verification?

Manual verifications are used when: • It is the customer\s first purchase with us. • There is some discrepancy in the billing information provided to us. Unfortunately, this could delay delivery of your instant pin. Typically, it takes about one business day to resolve the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we make every effort to protect you from any credit card misuse. Upon manual verification, all of your future phone card pin will be delivered immediately.
