Malaysia, My Second Home Program is offered by the Government of Malaysia to foreign citizens from all over the world along with their spouses and children to retire and reside in Malaysia on a long term basis. • How do I qualify to participate in the Malaysia, My Second Home Program? ( For applicant aged 50 years and above ) • You will need to deposit in any of our local bank with a sum of RM 150,000 OR • To show a proof of monthly off-shore income of RM 10,000. ( For applicant aged 50 years and below ) • You will need to deposit in any of our local bank with a sum of RM 300,000 AND • To show a proof of monthly off-shore income of RM 10,000. Deposit and savings on income must be transferred to a local bank or financial institution. Applicants must maintain the income or savings when renewing time. • Which countries are eligible to participate?
